The Alfa Romeo Giulia has gritty but elegant lines and a rather well-designed, modern and hospitable passenger compartment for four (the central seat on the sofa is really an emergency). But most of all it has refined mechanics, the ideal premise for precise and engaging driving: there are rear (or all-wheel) traction, extensive use of light materials (aluminium and carbon fibre) and front high wishbone and multi-link suspensions ( “four and a half levers”) posteriorly.
